Biography

Liu Shaorui works at Shanghai Medical Aesthetic Hospital. He was formerly an expert in oculoplastic and revision surgery at Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital, with over 10 years of focused experience in oculoplastic surgery. He has undertaken 4 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and Shanghai municipal/bureau-level programs, and served as medical consultant for the TV series "Take a Deep Breath." During 8 years at Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital, he accumulated extensive experience in oculoplastic surgery and highly complex revision cases, and later dedicated himself to private aesthetic medical institutions, balancing function and aesthetics. He has published 3 SCI-indexed papers as first author, with nearly 10 in total; led 2 hospital-level projects; participated in 4 municipal/bureau-level projects, including National Natural Science Foundation of China projects; and received honors such as the Shanghai Youth May Fourth Collective Medal.
